I am not sorry for President Bush in the sense that these left-wing nut jobs are spouting! I am proud of my president. At least he has the "tools" below the belt to protect the US against terrorists! Can any of the leftist, socialist monarchs that have ran under the DNC say that? Clinton sure the hell didn't protect us...it was because if him that 9/11/01 was allowed to occur. You can't blame Bush, he was only in office for a few months at the time!

Plus, yes, call me greedy, but I make a fair amount of money and I like being able to keep it versus having the gov't steal it from me in the guise of taxation. Which is another something that democrats love to do...steal from the middle to rich classes and give to the lazy!

Sorry? For what? The almost 90 BILLION dollars in aid doled out since 2003? Only 2006 saw a drop in the amount of aid given.

Ooooh, am I supposed to be sorry we're fighting people who want to kill us (and that includes all you "progressive" people as well). Some of you people seem to think that if we just leave the jihadists alone they'll get bored and leave us alone.

Yeah, sure. With that in mind, I'd like to sell each of you that believe that or something similar a nice beach house on Antarctica.

President Truman left office a war-monger, a failure, and an incompetant disgrace. His critics during the 1950's wanted to see him impeached for the destruction the Korean war caused. He left office with Americans saying he would go down as the worst president in history. Academics and Historians now rate him as one of the best presidents in history; not because of his foriegn policy, but because of the long lasting effects his socio-economic programs ended up having on the people. Americans saw poverty majorly decline in the united states during the 70's and 80's. Historians point to Truman as the cause and effect. I think we should let history judge Bush's presidency, for every academic knows that no presidency can be labled until years, even decades after the fact. I'm not sorry for anything.

Bush is the right man to have in this moment. We need to take care of business and he's not only doing that but taking out all the garbage as well. If you don't love America, then you can just git out.
